well. ive made quite a bit of stuff over the past few days. and im finally able to make an update. now if i can just get em on the site ill be doing good. but heres this for now...

i decided to install linux on my laptop. and instead of waiting for partition software to run a dual-boot setup. i just wiped windows out. and installed linux.

and of course gateway is too lazy to make boot disks. so everything to reinstall windows was on the hard disk.

so im going to go hang out on some linux forums and see what i can figure out.
